The following are questions that we regularly receive relating to the Ferrari collection.

Q: What is the cost of each issue?

A: Issue 1 is $7.99, all other issues are $19.99.

Q: How many issues are there in the subscription?

A: There are 50 issues planned.

Q: Can I get the free subscription gifts without subscribing?

A: Unfortunately free gifts are only available when you subscribe.
However, you may start a subscription at any issue and still receive the free gifts.

Q: I have submitted two orders online but I only want one. What do I need to do?

A: As long as the subscriptions were in the same name one of them will be automatically discarded.

Q: I want to cancel, what do I need to do?

A: You can write, phone or email us to let us know you wish to cancel your subscription.
We require 28 days' notice, and request that any remaining credit be used up.

Q: My magazines or free gifts were damaged when they arrived in the post, what do i need to do?

A: If you are a subscriber, please could you inform us of your subcriber code and we can send a replacement.
You may be reauired to return the damaged item to us using our freepost address.
If you do not subscribe please return your copy to your newagent for a replacement.
